Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund rules for all courses, subscriptions, and lessons offered by Prof Prep / Kiera Ayres.
 By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms below.

To ensure fairness and availability for all students, the following policy applies to all private lessons.
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the lesson will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

All purchased lessons must be used within 30 days of the purchase date.
Any lessons that are not used within this period will expire and will not be refunded or transferred.

If a student arrives late, the lesson will end at the scheduled time in order to respect other students’ bookings.  
By purchasing or scheduling lessons, students agree to this policy.

All subscriptions are non-refundable.  
When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to course materials, lessons, and resources. Because access is provided right away, refunds are not available for any subscription payments.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before the renewal date.
