How long do I have access to the course materials for?
At Prof Prep, we believe in lasting support—once a Prof Prep student, always a Prof Prep student! You’ll have ongoing access to our materials for as long as you need them.
Is there a free trial?
Because our class sizes are small, we’re unable to offer free trials, as each spot is reserved for committed students. However, we’d be happy to connect with you! If you’d like to learn more about the materials and meet your instructor, please feel free to book a meeting. We’d love the opportunity to get to know you!
What level do I need to be to start exam preparation?
A B1+ English level is recommended. If you begin your test preparation too soon, you'll have difficulty keeping up with the material and your classmates.

What's your refund policy?
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be granted. Please note that a $30 refund fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Can I access the course by mobile phone?
Yes, you can access the course on your mobile phone. However, using a computer or laptop is preferable for the best experience.
Are the classes held over Zoom?
Yes, classes are conducted on Zoom. If you’ve never used Zoom before, there’s no need to worry! It’s a very user-friendly platform. You can find detailed instructions within the Premium Prep course to help you get started.
